On July 1, the Chinese Embassy in the Netherlands held a reception celebrating the 105th anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of China (CPC). Diplomatic envoys to the Netherlands from friendly countries, heads of international organizations, representatives from various sectors in the Netherlands, Chinese enterprises, Chinese students, and members of the overseas Chinese community attended the event.

Ambassador Shen Bo said that General Secretary Xi Jinping, in his important speech at the meeting celebrating the 105th anniversary of the founding of the CPC, systematically summarized the Party's great achievements in uniting and leading the Chinese people, and elaborated on the fundamental reasons for the Party's continued success. He highlighted that China will continue to uphold the banner of peace, development, cooperation, and mutual benefit, advance the implementation of the Global Development Initiative, the Global Security Initiative, the Global Civilization Initiative, and the Global Governance Initiative, and promote the building a community with a shared future for humanity.

H.E. Ms. Eva Yelina Silva Walker, Ambassador of Cuba to the Netherlands, delivered remarks, warmly congratulating the Communist Party of China on the 105th anniversary of its founding. She highly commended China's remarkable development achievements and its important contributions to the world.

Guests also viewed a photo exhibition on China's development achievements and spoke highly of the tremendous accomplishments made by the Chinese people under the leadership of the Communist Party of China.
