On June 7, the First Dutch Final of the "Chinese Bridge" Chinese Show for Foreign Primary School Students was successfully held in Delft. H.E. Mr. Shen bo,Chinese Ambassador to the Kingdom of the Netherlands attended and delivered a speech. Over 180 participants attended in the event. Twenty-two primary school students from across the Netherlands competed in a Chinese culture knowledge contest and talent show under the theme "Joyful Chinese," creating a warm, lively, and friendly atmosphere.

Ambassador Shen Bo presented awards to the winners. In his speech, he highlighted the Global Civilization Initiative proposed by President Xi Jinping, called for strengthening cultural exchanges, promoting mutual learning among civilizations, enhancing mutual understanding, and advancing shared progress. He encouraged the youth to persevere in learning Chinese, understanding Chinese culture, and becoming envoys of China-Netherlands friendship.

Recently, the Embassy also hosted the 2026 "Chinese Bridge" Chinese Proficiency Competitions for university and secondary school students. The participants demonstrated a strong interest and passion for Chinese culture through excellent Chinese language presentations and talent performances.
