On February 12, H.E. Mr. Shen Bo, Chinese Ambassador to the Netherlands and Permanent Representative to the OPCW, paid a courtesy call on Mr. Wouter Jurgens, Director of the Security Policy Department of the Netherlands Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
