On April 21, 2010, Thai ambassador to China Manata submitted a note to Assistant Foreign Minister Hu Zhengyue on the Thai government’s decision of providing US$100,000 of assistance to the earthquake-hit areas of Yushu, Qinghai. Hu expressed gratitude on behalf of the Chinese government.
