From October 26th to 28th, Mr. Ma Shunqing, Vice Governor of Qinghai Province visited the Netherlands. During the visit, he met with Mr. Siebe Riedstra, Secretary-General of the Ministry of Infrastructure and the Environment, and Mr. Maarten Camps, Secretary-General of the Ministry of Economic Affairs in the Netherlands. The two sides exchanged views on urban planning, infrastructure construction, circular economy and innovation policy.
