According to China regulation regarding consular legalization of documents,the Embassy will implement strict binding requirments for the documents from  March 1st , 2016 which means all the documents for legalization, with two or more than two pages, must be fixed properly with wax seal or across-page seal or steel seal to ensure that the documents can not be detached or changed.
