The Chinese Embassy in the Netherlands will start to use online new visa application form and appointment system from 10th April , 2019.

1.From 10th April to 9th May 2019 is a transition period , applicants can still use the existing application forms and are not required to make application appointments . But it is required to make application appointments for those who submit their online new visa application forms. 

2.Starting from 10th May 2019 , applicants must submit new application forms and make application appointments at https://bio.visaforchina.org/HAG2_EN/. After filling out their online application forms , applicants should print out and sign on  the confirmation page and the last page of the application form , then submit them with the passports and other application documents in the Chinese Visa Application Center.

3 .For diplomatic and service passport holders , it is only required to submit new application forms .Instead of making appointments , they can directly apply for visa at the Chinese Embassy.
