The subject Maritime may easily generate inspiration and resonance from both artists and people of the two countries. What Seaman Foundation is doing not only provides a platform for exchanges between Chinese and Dutch artists, but also opens a window for the communication between the peoples of the two countries. He emphasized that, with more and more cultural exchanges, people of the two countries will understand each other better, trust each other better. Hence, the bilateral relationship will be further strengthened.
