Dutch diplomatic or official passport holders should submit the following documents:

1) One verbal note from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs;

2) Original Passport of the applicant;

3)  visa aplication form

4) One passport photo;

5) An invitation Letter from the Chinese inviting party, where relevant.

Note:

1. Further documents, if deemed necessary, might be requested.

2. Ten working days are needed to process the visa application.

3. No visa fee for Dutch diplomatic or official passport holders.
