Attention: This notice is only for international passengers. If you are a passenger with Chinese nationality, please read the Chinese version of this notice. Some of the following policies may not apply to you.
As from 14rd November, 2022, the Chinese Embassy in the Netherlands has adjusted the pre-departure health testing requirements for all China-bound foreign passengers as follows:
1. Test requirements:
All China-bound international passengers need to take one PCR test within 48 hours before the departure time of the flight to China, and apply for a health code from the Chinese embassy or consulate at the place of testing.
2. Passengers departing from the Netherlands to China with direct flight should upload the following documents through https://hrhk.cs.mfa.gov.cn/H5/ when applying for the QR code with “HDC” mark:
(1) One PCR test certificate (within 48 hours before boarding) in the Netherlands .
(2) Itineraries.
3. Transit passengers can choose to take PCR test at the place of origin or transit, within 48 hours of the departure time of the flight to China, and apply for the health code from the Chinese embassy or consulate at the place of testing. Please make sure the Code is still valid when the direct flight to China takes off. If you choose to apply for a health code from the Chinese Embassy in the Netherlands, you should upload the following documents through https://hrhk.cs.mfa.gov.cn/H5/ when applying for the QR code with “HDC” mark:
(1) One PCR test certificate (within 48 hours before boarding) in the Netherlands.
(2) Complete itineraries.
4. There is no additional requirement for passengers who have a COVID-19 infection record, passengers who had close contact with someone tested positive for PCR or passengers who developed suspected symptoms of Covid-19.
